You guys may not realize it, but you don't need CC links! Just create a folder in your sims3 folder called mods. Inside of the mods folder, create another folder called packages. When you are downloading a sim off the exchange, dont press download, press SAVE! It will save to your mods/packages folder. Go to that folder and double click the file. it will download in your launcher and give you the custom content the sim has. Rec if this helped at all!
