Dark woods circus is a vocaloid song. It's basiclly about children in Japan after WW2 who are kidnapped and deformed so they could be in their circus. If the kid misbehaved they would have acid thrown on their face. There is alot more but you can go google it. I made up this character based off of the song. The stars on her face represent the rotting flesh from the acid. The tail was attached to her when she was kidnapped and the fangs is part of her act. In which she drinks blood from limbs.
