Come live in Salem, famous for the Witch Trials of 17th century. Come visit the Salem Witch Museum, The Custom House, Hawthorne Hotel, The House of the Seven Gables and various other landmarks of this Atlantic Coastal town. Abundant fishing, night life, and all the Rabbitholes. All expansions including Seasons, and all stuff packs required except Outdoor Living and Sweet Treats. I've likely used some Riverview objects, so Riverview required. I've also used the ship from Barnacle Bay, so that will be a big empty deck if you don't own it. CC-free, some store items, mostly free. Seven spiral stairs so you will have to give them a half-turn, then undo to reset. Room for the Riverview Festival Grounds down by the harbor!
